EquiTens Full Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing EquiTens. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your EquiTens device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund if the defect is confirmed.

Returns sent without prior authoristion may not be accepted.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

Animal Response Disclaimer

Because every horse responds differently to new equipment and stimulation devices, a horses dislike behaviour reaction, or refusal to use the product does not qualify as a defect.

Refunds or returns will not be issued solely because a horse does not tolerate the Equitens device, provided the product is working correctly.

We recommend introducing the device slowly with the smaller pad first to help your sensitive horse tolerate it.

 

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the email listed above.
